Heart-"Heart" (1985)

At the end of the 70s, Heart would suffer the most transcendental break of its career, the founding members Roger and Mike Fisher left the band due to discrepancies with the also sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, so the band basically became the group of women Wilson, who imposed their criteria and their ideas on the music to do.
After the 1980 album "Bebe Le Strange", also founder and bassist Steve Fossen does the same with drummer Michael DeRosier being replaced by drummer Denny Carmassi, bassist Mark Andes and Howard Lesse on lead guitar.
From here the band undergoes a radical change in its style, moving towards AOR and melodic rock, without losing an iota of the rock force of its beginnings.
This is how great and superb records would arrive like "Heart" in 1985, "Bad Animals" in 1987 and "Brigade" in 1990.
The first of them is undoubtedly his best work, with a change in style, sound and image and where the melodies are the main feature of the band, with an exquisite production, showing an impeccable work and full of masterful songs such as "Shell Shock", "If Looks Could Kill", "Nobody Home" or "These Dreams", the cornerstone being the excellent and already a mythical melodic rock "Never".
