Formed in the late 70s, The Cure are undoubtedly the standard bearers of gothic rock par excellence, with a series of albums and a career full of psychedelic, dark rock, pop and a peculiar and unique image.
With their sixth album The Cure they had commercial success and achieved their most eclectic album as well as the most accessible of their career.
"The Head On The Door" was the worldwide recognition of The Cure, where several of his songs are broadcast ad nauseam; "In Between Days" and "Close To Me", which share an album with other jewels such as the exotic "The Blood" or the gothic "Push" and "Six Different Ways" or the epic "Night Like This".
