Jeff Beck-With The Jan Hammer Group Live (1977)

In full swing of jazz rock music in 1977 this collaboration of one of the best guitars in history such as Jeff Beck and the star and innovative keyboards of the moment like Jan Hammer, (Mahavishnu Orchestra) of that union emerged this album in Direct that was a resounding success at the time.
From the first chord this album leaves us breathless, which ends up becoming a kind of "Greatest Hits" of Beck and Hammer live, in those years they gave more than 100 live shows around half the world, this official album is a faithful reflection of what they presented.

From the few data on the album we can say that Beck was responsible for mixing and retouching his own themes in the US and Hammer did the same in London, Beck was an unconditional admirer of the Mahavishnu and after these collaborations with Hammer a friendship emerged that reflected in Hammer's interventions on Jeff Beck's albums as the magnificent "Wired."
