U2-The Unforgettable Fire (1984)

The Unforgettable Fire (1984) is the album known, among many other aspects, for hosting one of the most impressive and recognizable U2 compositions. Yes, we talk about "Pride (In the name of love)", a cut that begins with a fabulous riff, already characteristic within the sound that has led the Irish to be what they are today, and that develops with emotion until the formidable and exciting chorus. The exhibition of tremendous compositions does not end there, since the homonym "The Unforgettable Fire", the splendid "Bad" or the atmospheric "A Sort of Homecoming", demonstrate the desire that the group had to take their music to more ambitious levels. The whole band does a good job, but I want to highlight the sound treatment of The Edge guitars.
