In a Silent Way is considered Miles Davis' first jazz fusion album and ultimately one of his most influential albums within the jazz rock genre.
Each of the pieces that make up this work is made up of three parts, an exhibition, a development and a recapitulation identical to the musical structure of classical sonatas.
The way in which the sound environment is built is as if the musicians were playing notes at random but little by little they were adjusting to a coherent structure.
Undoubtedly one of the masterpieces of jazz
