Electric Sandwich-Electric Sandwich (1972)

Within the tangle of bands that emerged from the Krautrock movement, Electric Sandwich was one of the most innovative, framed within the "Brain" label that was a part of the German record label "Metronome", in this label numerous groups of Krautrock and course also our protagonists of today "Electric Sandwich".
This German band was formed in 1.969, they stayed second in a contest of bands which served them to sign for the record "Metronome". They made a tour with Uriah Heep and in 73 they recorded their only legacy "Electric Sandwich". That same year they would separate.

The only work they published showed a band with a lot of psychedelia, mixed with blues and progressive, any song on the album is interesting but perhaps "Archie's Blues" is the highlight, a magnificent progressive blues.
