Great White have gone down in history for having released some of the best American hard rock records of the 1980s, but also for one of the tragic moments in rock history, when a hundred people perished during a fire in one of their concerts in 2003.
But leaving behind this unfortunate fact, Great White were born in the early 80's as one of the many bands that at that time came out continuously and were framed within the so-called "Hair metal", however they were much more influenced by the rock of the 70, mainly for British rock and bluesy essences of bands like Led Zeppelin.
In 1992 the band came from making the majestic album "Hooked" where they printed enough blues and rock n'roll sounds that would achieve extraordinary sales in the US market.
A year later they published "Psycho City", a dignified successor to the aforementioned "Hooked", although it also marks the beginning of its subsequent decline.
An album full of rock songs in their purest form like "Psycho City", "Step On You", "Old Rose Motel" or "Big Goodbye".
