Pat Metheny-The Road To You (1993)

In 1993 Pat Metheny released her second live album, eleven years after the masterful "Travels", "The Road To You" was recorded entirely in Europe, and would mark a turning point between the different stages of the Pat Metheny Group.
Recorded on the "Secret Story Tour", it would serve to win a new Grammy award in the instrumental jazz section.
In addition to the masterful executions of impeccable performance by the band led by Metheny and seconded by Lyle Mays, Paul Wertico, Pedro Aznar, Steve Rodby and Amanado Marcal, the main role of the Italian and French public (the shots correspond to the concerts offered in both countries), totally delivered with a passionate fervor to group evolutions.
