Little Feat-Waiting For Columbus (1978)

"Waiting For Columbus" is an impressive live double of one of the most mythical American bands of all time; Little Feat, where we can find the best of his repertoire to date in which it was published (1978).
Southern rock elements, country, blues and R&B brushstrokes and perfect melodies make this album a delight for every good rock lover.
Here appear the beautiful ballads "Willin" or "Don't Bogart That Joint", the blues "A Political Blues", with the collaboration of ex-Stone Mick Taylor, or the mythical song "Sailing Shoes".
Also the band shines with the superb and rhythmic "Feats Don't Fail Me Now", the majestic "Oh Atlanta", the resounding and spectacular "Triple Face Boogie", the hypnotic "Spanish Moon" or the extraordinary "Dixie Chicken" and "All That You Dream".
A live this "Waiting For Columbus" that exudes an instrumental and vocal quality at times sublime, from a band in a state of grace, led by a brilliant Lowell George and his faithful squires Bill Payne, Richie Hayward, Sam Clayton and Kenny Gradney.
