Craig Chaquico-Acoustic Planet (1994)

In 1993 the former guitarist of the mythical band of the 60s and 70s Jefferson Airplane or Jefferson Starship among many other projects and collaborations Craig Chaquico, released his first solo album titled "Acoustic Highway", a memorable exercise in harmonies and melodies focused on the style "new age", but not without jazz fusions and sounds with passionate rhythms.
A year later he would publish this "Acoustic Planet" where Chaquico broadens the horizon towards more varied sounds and influences such as blues, Latin sounds and smooth jazz without leaving that "new age" feeling that permeates the entire album.
An album full of creative trips that build an overwhelming soundscape and that would be worth the nomination for the best music album "new age" at the Grammy Awards the following year
