For his twenty-first album, Carlos Santana decided to indulge his nostalgic side, crafting a repertoire of all-time blues and rock classics. One of the album's strengths is the wide array of singers he features, all of them renowned talents such as Chris Cornell, Rob Thomas, Chris Daughtry, Joe Cocker, Johnny Lang, and Gavin Rossdale. In addition to these, Santana employs a vast array of collaborating musicians, including Dennis Chambers on drums, Ray Manzarek on organ, and Benny Rietveld on bass.
