High South-Peace, Love & Harmony (2020)

High South is an American folk and country rock band based in Nashville. Formed in 2010, their style is clearly related to the great bands of the 70s such as America, CSN&Y, The Byrds, Bread, Poco, and The Eagles. With their third album, "Peace, Love & Harmony", this trio, comprised of Jamey Garner, Kevin Campos, and Phoenix Mendoza, transports us to the golden age of country and folk rock thanks to their exquisite vocal harmonies and crystalline acoustic guitars, blending rural sounds with the infectious style of West Coast rock. Magnificent melodies like "Get It On Up", "Let's Get High", "Moonlight On Sunset", "Make It Better", and "All We Need" evoke a sense of nostalgia and longing, but are performed with great character and personality.
