ZZ Top-"One Foot In The Blues" (1994)

In 1994 the ZZ Top published "One Foot In The Blues" the fourth compilation album of his career, but this one with the particularity of containing only more blues rock, which were published on his albums since its inception in 1972.
Here we find blues rock with powerful guitar riffs by Billy Gibbons, some even bordering on boogie blues with that powerful rhythm section that Dusty Hill and Frank Beard composed.
Legendary texas blues rock like "Brown Sugar", lilting blues "A Fool Your Stockings", cuts closer to pop "I Need You Tonight", funk blues "Hi Fi Mama", addictive hard blues rock "Just Got Back From My Baby's" or the instrumental blues "Apologies To Pearly" make up a superb review of the bluesiest side in its more than 40 years of the career of this mythical and legendary Texan band.
