The Jimi Hendrix Experience-Axis: Bold As Love (1967)

In 1967 Jimi Hendrix was experiencing a career as tremendous as it was dizzying, his first album had been an explosion of sounds from his magic guitar and became a must-reference album for the subsequent history of rock.
At the end of that same year Jimi Hendrix with his band The Experience, published his second album entitled "Axis: Bold as Love" where he lost the spontaneity of his debut album in favor of greater freedom when deepening his music and in its lyrics.
He becomes more meticulous and perfectionist, which takes him away from his most visceral profile and also puts aside his heavier rock to become more suggestive as shown in the wonderful "Little Wing", his aggressiveness is more and more contained and despite wonders like "Spanish Castle Magic" or "She's So Fine", it becomes more predictable although with that magic that he only knew how to create.
