It´s A Beautiful Day are one of the greatest but also forgotten psychedelic rock bands in rock history, they are also part of the musical controversy when Deep Purple used schemes from their song "Bombay Calling" to use it in the mythical song "Child in Time "years later.
With a style where they captured psychedelic folk with great melodies and harmonious sounds, It´ s A Beautiful Day would achieve with their first album and with the subsequent "Marrying Maiden" works full of energy, very fresh sounds, very imaginative and above all the enormous talent of musicians of great virtuosity.
They knew how to perfectly combine jazz, folk, classical music and rock, thanks to the imagination and creativity of their leader, the violinist David LaFlamme.
