Phenomena II-Dream Runner (1987)

In 1984 the former bassist of Trapeze and Deep Purple, Glenn Hughes, created the Phenomena project and for this he recruited Don Airey, Mel Galley, Cozy Powell and Neil Murray, with such a roster of stars they would publish their first melodic hard rock album, with a very atmospheric sound and with a certain epic air that had a great reception in the AOR world circuit.
Three years later he would have a continuation with the album "Dream Runner", although for this album the project had changed members, again great rock stars: John Wetton, Max Bacon and Ray Gillan were the band that would record this new album.
Following the same paths as the first but without the enveloping keyboard textures that characterized the first album, but with a more direct sound and the always magnificent voice of John Wetton which gave depth and a palette of colors to the final sound.
One of the fundamental albums of high quality melodic hard rock and AOR.
