Krokus-Headhunter (1983)

Krokus were formed in Switzerland in mid-1974 and their early work heralded a progressive rock band with a hard rock tinge, mainly in their first three works, "Krokus" (76), "To you All" (77) and "Painkiller "(78).
As their albums progressed, their sound hardened more until they became one of the most respected hard rock bands of the late 70's and 80's.
Albums like "Metal Rendez-Vous" (80), "Hardware" (81), "One Vice at a Time" (82), "Headhunter" (83), or "The Blitz" (84), make them high in North America and Europe, achieving a recognition that elevated them to the Olympus of heavy metal.
"Headhunter", published in 1983 was the seventh work of the Helvetians where they exude quality on all four sides, from the powerful first cut that bears the same album title to "Russian Winter", passing through the energetic "Ready To Burn" featuring Rob Halford from the Judas Priest, the powerful "Night Wolf" or the fantastic and epic "Screaming in The Night", one of the best songs the Swiss band has ever recorded, and incidentally one of the power ballads of the most famous and devastating heavy metal in history.
