The Clash-London Calling (1980)

While the Sex Pistols were pure rage and little else, The Clash proposed other alternatives much more interesting and rich nuances to their punk rock style.
In "London Calling", The Clash take influences from different styles such as ska, reggae, rockabilly and commercial pop, fused with their tremendous punk base.
With an attractive cover, which has become a rock icon, The Clash demonstrate at 19 the songs that make up this double album, the maturity necessary to be considered seriously by critics and the general public.
All this has placed this iconic album among one of the best albums in rock history.
