Jon Anderson-Olias Of Sunhillow (1976)

After having made the promotional tour for the album "Relayer", the members of Yes decided to take a long break to release tension and also take the opportunity to launch their own solo careers.
So in 1976 Jon Anderson released his first album titled "Olias Of Sunhillow" where he shows off his skills as a musician.
The singer plays all the instruments: from the harp to the percussions, through the acoustic guitars and synthesizers, in addition, obviously, he explores his vocal performance with his characteristic delicacy,
All the songs were composed by him and he also took over the production of the album.
Here Jon Anderson approached the album in a conceptual way, the atmospheric sounds, the delicacy, the natural and spiritual meaning of the musician resemble the music of Vangelis, with whom at that time they were united by a great friendship, noting the great influence that the musician Greek had on this album.
