Angel-"Live Without A Net" (1980)

Formed in the mid-70s in Washington, Angel are one of the most unknown bands among the general public but that nevertheless is considered by the critics as the first band that made AOR in the world.
They never had the luck or the recognition that other contemporary bands such as Boston, Journey, Kansas or Foreigner enjoyed, but in their career they have left some memorable albums such as the direct "Live Without A Net" published in 1980, which is one of the AOR anthological works.
With influences that range from the progressive rock of the 70s, to groups like Kiss, with a fresh, contagious, fun sound and above all commercially focused on the general public.
This direct contains superb songs like "Don't Leave Me Lonely", "Over And Over" or "Anyway You Want It", making this work a faithful and perfect reflection of what high quality AOR is.
